NNN is very hard for us men and I have found some tips and tricks to not fail so uhh yeah

tip 1: make sure your always doing something because if your doing nothing the thought of jerking off and blowing like dreamy bull on a nice Sunday is gonna pop up so make sure you are either playing a game, watching a video, working out, or just listen to music

tip 2: you are allowed to watch porn but you can NOT fap to it, what do I do I watch porn so I get used to seeing it so I don't get a boner as easily, it's very risky if you get possessed by a fucking demon or something

tip 3: hang out WITH THE FUCKING HOMIES. You gotta hang out with the homies if you don't its either they failed and now there trying to get you to fail or its survival of the fittest, other than that, hang out with them, don't talk to the gay ones tho

tip 4: forget that you doin nnn since if your mindset is, "don't nut no matter what" YOUR GONNA WANT TO NUT DUDE, so just forget it, if you don't do tip 2, which I can't blame that's like going behind enemy lines and not backstabbing when you really want to. anyways if you combine tip 1 with forgeting nnn your gonna at least get to day 15, or 25, AT BEST YOUR GONNA WIN
